We offer our customers the opportunity to pre-order items that are currently in production or that have sold out and will be replenished. When you order these items, you will be placed on a priority waiting list so that you can be among the first to receive your selection once it becomes available. Please allow 5-7 business days from the date the product is expected to be in our warehouse for your order to be fulfilled. We do our best to provide the most accurate dates, but please be aware that your items may arrive sooner or later than anticipated. You will be notified by email immediately with any updates to your order.


We offer our customers the opportunity to reserve those must-have items now by offering a 2-wk Concession Plan. You may reserve those must-have items now and have them shipped at a later date or reserve it now even if you don’t have all the funds readily available. This service is also free to use.


We love what we do, so it’s no surprise that we dedicate a lot of time locating quality items, and we make the shopping process simple for those who don’t have time to travel to shop. Below are available shopping options:

* You may shop online and have items shipped.
* You may make your purchase by phone with a customer service representative.
* You may inquire about products via email before you make a purchase.
* You may Reserve those must-have items now by utilizing our 2-wk Concession Plan.
* You may Special Order items that may not currently be available online.
* You may purchase a VIP Membership to increase your savings.
* You may schedule a Private Showcase Event, so we can “TAKE OUR BOUTIQUE TO YOU.” This option is currently available to Georgia residents only.

Lenor’s Closet charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws.


Products available for purchase online include fragrances, handbags and occasionally accessories. All products are subject to availability; and we reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply; supply only part of an order or to divide up orders. We also reserve the right to alter the terms or duration of any special offers or sale promotion. We will inform you if we are unable to fill your order. Each customer may make online purchases of up to four items per style.


Prices displayed on the Lenor’s Closet website are quoted in U.S. dollars. While we try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.


If you have registered on our website or have requested to be added to our email list you will receive email notifications of Special Offers, Sale Promotions and when NEW ARRIVALS have been uploaded to our website. Occasionally, items may be uploaded without notice, we recommend you visit our website regularly, or submit a product inquiry if you are searching for a specific item.
