Our Special Order Concierge service is designed to help you locate authentic designer fragrances that may not currently be available in our boutique. Through our trusted network of respected industry suppliers, we’ll make every effort to source your requested fragrance and deliver the exceptional service you’ve come to expect from Lenor’s Closet.

Whether you’re searching for a signature scent, a discontinued favorite, or a special gift, our Customer Care team is here to assist you every step of the way.

How Our Special Order Concierge Works

1. Submit Your Product Inquiry

Complete the Product Inquiry Form below with the fragrance name, designer, size, and any additional details that will help us locate your requested item.

2. Consultation & Availability

Within 24–48 business hours, a member of our Customer Care team will contact you to confirm availability, pricing, estimated delivery time, and answer any questions you may have.

3. Confirm Your Order

If your requested fragrance is available, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required before your special order is placed with our supplier. Once your deposit has been received, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

4. We Source Your Fragrance

Your fragrance will be ordered through our trusted supplier network. Most special orders are fulfilled within 7–10 business days, although delivery times may vary based on product availability.

5. Final Payment & Shipping

When your fragrance arrives, we’ll contact you to collect the remaining balance. Once payment has been received, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

• Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
• Because each Special Order is purchased specifically for you, these items are considered Final Sale, unless covered by our Authenticity Guarantee or received damaged or defective.
