5. Product Condition
Our inventory may include both new and pre-owned designer handbags, wallets, and accessories.
Each pre-owned item is individually inspected, graded, and accurately described within its product listing. Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, photographs, and our Luxury Condition Guide before making a purchase.

6. Orders & Acceptance
Submission of an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.
Lenor’s Closet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product availability
- Pricing errors
- Suspected fraud
- Payment authorization issues
- Violation of these Terms
If your order is canceled after payment has been received, you will be issued a full refund using your original payment method.
7. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. Lenor’s Closet does not store complete payment card information on its servers.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s operations and policies. Lenor’s Closet is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and Final Sale items are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
