Return Policy

We guarantee the authenticity as well as the condition of all products purchased through or 100% of your money back, including shipping costs. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Handbag or Wallet purchase, you may return it within 3 days of receipt for a prompt refund.

Final Sale Exclusion Items:
Because our line of quality products are offered at a discounted rate and are considered sale items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged as indicated below, all purchases (excluding NEW Handbags and Wallets) are considered FINAL SALE.

Returnable Items:
Handbags and Wallets that qualify for returns are those with the overall condition indicating NEW. NEW, based on our Product Grading System indicates an item that has NOT been used. Returned items must NOT be worn or altered in any way. You must have a Return Authorization Number in order for us to process your request.

If you should decide to return your item, you must follow the requirements below prior to returning:

*Notify us immediately of your intent to return. Contact us through our website via Contact Form.
*Locate the Return Card included with your package.
*Do not remove any tags or plastic from the item(s)
*Return the item with the original enclosed items including dust bag, paperwork, and please include All complimentary samples and gifts. If you would like to keep the samples/gift items your account will be charged for the value of the samples/gift items.
*Return the item in the original packaging from your shipment (box, wrapping, etc.).
*Return the item in the condition it was when you received it.

Below are the conditions that apply to returns of damaged products:

a.) Only products in unopened original packaging that have not been tampered with or used in any manner or that are damaged or defective upon delivery may be returned to our Company for a refund or exchange.

b.) Products must be returned to our Company within 3 days of delivery using a shipping method that allows for shipment tracking. Our Company is not responsible in the event that returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.

c.) You should inspect products for damage upon delivery. If you notice any damage or believe a product is defective, you should contact us immediately to file a report. However, in order to qualify to receive a refund or exchange for any such claim, you need to contact us no later than 1 day from delivery and obtain a Return Authorization Number in accordance with the procedure described below. Upon receipt, our Company will make a determination, in its reasonable discretion, whether a product claimed to be damaged or defective was actually damaged or defective when originally delivered to you.

d.) Only products purchased through this Website may be returned to our Company in accordance with this return policy.

e.) Our Company reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange any product that does not meet the above requirements.

How do I return this item?

1.)Complete and Submit the Item Return Form below.
2.)Complete the Return Card included with your package (Handbags & Wallets Only). (You must include your Return Authorization Number on this card). You will receive your Return Authorization Number after you have completed and submitted the Item Return Form below.
3.)Package the item securely and include all items described above.
4.) Insurance & Delivery – we recommend you insure your package for the appropriate amount and request delivery confirmation. You are responsible for all costs associated with your return including shipping, insurance, and delivery confirmation charges unless it was determined that the item was damaged or defective upon delivery.

What happens after we have received your returned item?

Please allow at least 2-3 business days upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, for a refund to be issued. You will receive a refund for the original sales price including sales taxes, in the same form of payment as the original payment method.

Item Return Form

  • Please complete the information below to describe the reason and condition of your return. Include 2 clear photos of the front and rear of your handbag or wallet. Once your form has been submitted, you will receive a separate email which will include your Return Authorization Number. You will need this number to include on your Return Card to send with your package.
  • Please complete the final step for verification then submit your request. You will receive an email confirmation upon receipt.
