Complimentary Standard Shipping
Enjoy Complimentary Standard Shipping on all qualifying orders of $60 or more.
Minimum purchase requirement excludes gift cards, applicable taxes, and shipping charges.
Most in-stock orders are delivered within 3–4 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping Destinations
Currently, Lenor’s Closet ships to:
- Addresses within the United States
- U.S. street addresses only
At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Once your order has been carefully prepared and shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number and estimated delivery date, so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Whenever possible, items within the same order will be shipped together. In some cases, orders may arrive in multiple packages to help expedite delivery. If your order ships in more than one package, there will be no additional shipping charges.
Standard Shipping
Most in-stock merchandise is delivered within 3–4 business days after shipment.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please allow additional transit time for deliveries to rural locations.
Expedited Shipping
Need your order sooner?
Expedited Shipping is available for an additional $15.00 on eligible in-stock merchandise.
Orders placed by 3:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are generally processed the same day or the following business day.
Most expedited orders are delivered within 1–2 business days after shipment.
Special Order Concierge
Items requested through our Special Order Concierge service require additional sourcing and processing time.
Most Special Orders are fulfilled within approximately 7–10 business days, depending on supplier availability.
Estimated delivery times will be discussed with you during your Special Order consultation.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions due to federal transportation regulations.
Some fragrances containing hazardous materials may require ground transportation only and cannot be shipped to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- APO/FPO addresses
Additionally, certain products may be restricted from shipment to specific states due to applicable laws and regulations.
Sustainable Packaging
As part of our commitment to responsible business practices, some orders may be shipped in carefully reused shipping cartons.
While the outer packaging may occasionally be recycled, your luxury purchase will always be securely packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.
